Jodi of MCP actions brought my attention to this site and their weekly contest. I knew right away which photo I wanted to enter. No huge story behind this one but it was the first of many modeling jobs my daughter has done and brought us into the world of boutique modeling. Photo Contest

This is a photo of Izzy I took awhile back (I think it was last summer) but I don't believe I've ever shared it. I have it blown up and waiting to be framed. However, Jodi of MCP Actions is running a contest with the folks at Color Inc. They are picking the perfect pictures to be blown up and printed on a gallery wrapped canvas. I would absolutely LOVE this to be done on canvas! Hope you like it too!

Emily Olivia Hooper

She's less than two weeks old but already settling into our family so well. She looks so much like Izzy when Izzy was a newborn. The major difference is that she has so much more hair and it's dark and thick right now. I think she has more hair than Izzy does today! Had to share my first photos of her. Many, many more to come!!! I think we'll keep her!

A few more

So I fibbed a little when I said we were on maternity leave. I couldn't "leave" completely from my love of photography and Izzy has been doing so well with her modeling lately. My sweet friend Jena sent Izzy these flowers to model and we had some beautiful weather here in Houston this weekend. Though we are cutting down on the picture taking for now please come check back often because I'll be posting some old favorites that I have never gotten a chance to post in the past.

I LOVED working with Traci and April from travelinlight and forevermyangel to come up with this collaborative design. Watch for these in April during TBL's next launch!

Oh and this is the LAST official modeling shoot we are doing before May. I'm about to burst!
