MDO rocks!
I had a terrific opportunity recently to take school pictures at my daughter's Mother's Day Out. The kids were so so much fun and I think I was able to capture all the unique expressions and smiles of each child. Remembering back to the days of my school photos we had the cookie cutter boring backdrops and the same cheesy smile year after year. I hope that the parents will really enjoy their photos and remember these precious years. I'm sorry that there are so many to share but I couldn't narrow down the ones I wanted to show and there were just too many cuties! I wish I could post them all! If you're in the area and are interested in school photos at your child's school or MDO I would LOVE to talk to the director/principal!

My Little Girly Girl
One of my favorite boutique designers is Rene' of Girly Girl Originals. She has such an eye for beautiful fabrics, fun and kid friendly designs, and is just the sweetest person you will ever meet. To top if off she has some of the most gorgeous looking children. Trust me, the girl has got talent and good genes.
Here's Emily with her first Girly Girl set. Spectacular baby threads, aren't they?

Windows, Windows, Windows...
I LOVE LOVE natural light. Nothing is better than walking into a room and seeing a wall full of sunlight pouring in. You know it's going to be a great place to grab some shots. What's even better is walking in and finding a king size bed with crisp white linens. It's like a dream come true to photograph babies on.
